Mark R. Berry, P.E.
CEO

Mr. Berry has over twenty-three (23) years of experience in civil engineering consulting, serving as a project engineer and project manager for municipal, federal, and private development clients.  His experience encompasses analysis, planning, and design projects, which include water and sanitary sewer system analysis, street and drainage design and analysis, design of water distribution systems, sanitary sewer collection systems, water storage facilities, water treatment plants, and water pump stations.  Mr. Berry joined Teague Nall and Perkins in 1993 and currently serves as a corporate principal at the firm’s Fort Worth office.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  Mr. Berry earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from the University of Texas at Arlington in 1984, and earned his M.B.A. from The University of North Texas in 1993.

 

 


Michael A. Jones, P.E.
President

Mr. Jones has been with TNP for twenty-one (21) years, and has over 29 years of experience in the design and management of public works projects.  Mr. Jones’s public sector experience has included positions as Project Engineer for the Dallas County Public Works/Transportation Department, City Engineer for the City of Colleyville, and Director of Public Works for Denton County.  Mr. Jones specializes in public works infrastructure and transportation projects, including feasibility analyses, planning and design of water, sanitary sewer, street, and drainage system improvements, and construction management.  His experience also includes site design for schools and residential land development projects.  Mr. Jones currently serves as a corporate principal in the firm’s Fort Worth office, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  Mr. Jones earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1978.




 


C. Ty Hilton, P.E.
Vice President

Mr. Hilton has over nineteen (19) years of experience as a civil engineer focused within the public sector.  He is a corporate principal in TNP’s Fort Worth office and currently manages two multi-disciplined design teams.  Mr. Hilton specializes in the management and design of public works infrastructure projects, including streets and highways, water and wastewater infrastructure and relocations, and drainage system analysis and design. Mr. Hilton is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas A&M University in 1989, and earned his M.E. in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1996.





 

Tom Rutledge
Principal

Mr. Rutledge has been with TNP since 1983 and currently serves as a managing principal in the firm’s Fort Worth office.  He personally manages and oversees all of TNP’s site development work, the majority of which is for schools and public institutions.  He has over 30 years of engineering experience in project design and site development management work.





 



Greg D. Saunders, P.E.
Principal

Mr. Saunders has twenty-two (22) years of experience providing municipal civil engineering design and consulting services.  A licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas, Mr. Saunders serves as a managing principal with in TNP’s Fort Worth office managing engineering operations and multiple design teams on public works projects.  Mr. Saunders specializes in the design of infrastructure rehabilitation projects for municipal clients.  He has extensive experience on municipal wastewater and water improvement projects.  Mr. Saunders earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from The University of Texas at Arlington in 1985.





 


Scott C. Wilhelm, P.E.
Principal

As a managing principal with TNP, Mr. Wilhelm has over sixteen (16) years of experience in the design and management of various municipal and private engineering projects (including paving, drainage, water and sewer improvements).  His experience includes both small and large projects with construction costs ranging from several thousand to several million dollars.  He has experience with projects involving local, state and federal agencies, and is familiar with many of the requirements and procedures used by these agencies.  Mr. Wilhelm is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas.  He earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering in 1990 and his M.E. in Civil Engineering in 1995 from The University of Texas at Arlington.

 




 


Gary L. Vickery, P.E., CFM
Principal

Mr. Vickery has 26 years of civil engineering experience and currently serves as a principal managing and overseeing operations in TNP’s Denton office.  He is responsible for the completion of a wide variety of projects, including supervising and/or performing drainage studies, flood control construction projects, roadway reconstruction, water and sewer improvements, floodplain reclamation, and major channel improvements (LOMR and CLOMR).  He has also served as the primary consultant to several municipalities, where his responsibilities included construction plan and plat reviews, drainage evaluations, and other general municipal consulting services.  He is a licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Texas and a Nationally Certified Floodplain Manager.





 


Mark J. Holliday, P.E.
Principal

Mr. Holliday has been with Teague Nall and Perkins for fourteen (14) years.  A licensed professional engineer in the State of Texas, he currently serves as the managing principal in TNP’s Dallas office.  He is experienced in the areas of residential development, environmental permitting, municipal roadway design, water system design, and sanitary sewer design.  Mr. Holliday earned his B.S. in Civil Engineering from Texas Tech University in 1994, and his M.B.A. from The University of North Texas in 1999.
