TNP opened its in-house, full-service surveying department in 1995 in order to control the quality and timing of collected data for use in our designs. Use of our own surveying department has allowed us to serve clients more responsively by having complete control over the data acquisition process. TNP also offers a range of direct surveying services to our clients. The firm’s surveying team includes several Registered Professional Land Surveyors (R.P.L.S.’s), as well as field crews, Surveyors-in-Training, and specialized technical personnel. TNP’s survey department has access to state-of-the-art equipment, including Trimble Real-Time Kinematic Global Positioning Systems, Robotic and Electronic Total Stations, and data collection software such as C&G, Fieldworks, and Lieca. TNP is committed to quality assurance and quality control in our surveying operations. Our surveyors use a team approach that involves the use of field data checks and procedural checklists by field crews. Each survey crew is debriefed at the end of each workday to discuss progress and to maintain quality control and scheduling demands. Services include:
